Chingo Auto Trading LLC supplies spare parts for the Chinese automotive brands sold across the Gulf Cooperation Council. We are a parts business, not a general trader: everything in the catalogue is catalogued against a brand, a model platform and a production-year range, because a part that nearly fits is a part that comes back.
What we cover
Twelve marques with meaningful volume in the region — Chery, Geely, MG, Changan, GWM/Haval, BYD, JAC, Jetour, Exeed, BAIC, Dongfeng and Foton — across passenger SUVs, sedans, pickups, vans and light trucks. Coverage spans engine and timing, brakes, suspension and steering, filters and service kits, cooling and air conditioning, electrical and sensors, body and lighting, transmission and drivetrain, EV and hybrid components, and consumables.
Three quality tiers, stated plainly
- OEM — factory-branded parts in original packaging. 12 months / 20,000 km.
- OES — the same component from the original equipment supplier, in the supplier's own box. 12 months / 20,000 km.
- Aftermarket+ — vetted equivalents we have tested in Gulf conditions. 6 months / 10,000 km.
We list all three separately rather than blending them into one price, so a workshop can choose deliberately.
Delivery & shipping
- Dubai, Sharjah & northern Emirates — same-day dispatch on orders confirmed before 15:00 GST.
- Abu Dhabi & Al Ain — next working day.
- Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain — 2 to 5 working days, with customs documentation prepared before the shipment moves.
- Collection — from Warehouse 12, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3. Call ahead so we can have the part ready.
Warranty & returns
Warranty runs from the date of invoice and covers manufacturing defect. It does not cover wear items consumed in normal service, damage from incorrect fitting, or parts fitted to a vehicle outside the stated fitment range.
Unfitted parts in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Electrical components and sensors are non-returnable once the anti-static packaging is opened. Special-order items brought in against a specific request are non-returnable. Claims are handled at our Dubai returns desk; regional customers ship back to the Al Quoz address with the invoice number on the outer packaging.
Why desert specification matters
A cooling system designed for a 35 °C European summer runs at the edge of its envelope in a Gulf August. We flag components rated for sustained high-ambient operation — condensers, radiators, cooling fan modules, rubber hoses and wiper elements — because the failure mode is not gradual. Where a Gulf-specification variant of a part exists, we list it as its own SKU rather than substituting silently.
Trade accounts
Garages, fleets and rental operators can open a trade account for tiered bulk pricing, 30-day payment terms, priority stock allocation on fast-moving service lines, and a named parts advisor. Applications are usually approved within two working days.
